1.Return and Exchange Conditions
We accept requests for returns and exchanges under the following specific circumstances:
The item arrived damaged, broken, or defective (e.g., a pet toy is broken, accessories are missing, an interactive toy is not functioning properly, or the toy exhibits manufacturing defects).
The wrong item was received (e.g., an incorrect product was shipped, the style does not match, or the item differs from what you actually ordered).
The item suffers from quality issues that hinder its normal use (e.g., the material tears very easily, or the workmanship is poor and deviates significantly from the product description).

Items must remain in their original condition—unused and unwashed—and all original packaging (e.g., boxes, hang tags) must be intact and undamaged.
When requesting a return or exchange, you must provide a valid order number and proof of purchase (e.g., an order confirmation email).
Returned items must be clean and undamaged (excluding damage incurred during transit).
Non-Returnable Items
Under no circumstances are the following items eligible for return or exchange:
Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by you or your pet.
Items missing their original packaging, hang tags, or proof of purchase.
Customized or personalized pet toys (i.e., items specially produced according to your specific requirements).
3. Return and Exchange Timeframe
To request a return and refund, you must submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted more than 30 days after receipt of the items will not be accepted.

5. Detailed Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please send an email to info@petopiaa.store, providing your order number, product details, reason for the exchange, and the specific product you wish to receive in exchange.
We will review your request and process the exchange within 1–3 business days. If more than 1–3 business days have passed since we accepted your return request without the exchange being processed, please send an email to info@petopiaa.store.
Please carefully package the original product you wish to exchange and ship it to the following exchange address: 226 W 116th St, New York, NY 10026 United States.
Please retain your shipping tracking number for future reference; we cannot be held responsible for any exchange packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
Once we have received and inspected the original product (to verify that it meets our exchange criteria), we will ship the replacement product to you free of charge (please refer to Section 7 for exceptions).

6. Detailed Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected your returned product (and confirmed that it meets our return criteria), we will process your refund within 1 to 3 business days.
The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment account (i.e., the same bank card or payment method you used to make this purchase).
Refund processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days (calculated from the date we initiate the refund). Please note that the actual time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer or payment service provider.

7. Return and Exchange Fees
If a return or exchange is due to our error (e.g., damaged goods, defects, or a shipping error), we will cover all shipping costs, including the cost of returning the original item and the cost of shipping the replacement item.
If a return or exchange is due to your personal reasons (e.g., a change of mind, or the item has no quality issues), you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the original item. In this instance, we will not cover the shipping costs for sending a replacement item.
8. Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are governed by the same terms outlined in our Shipping Policy:
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it free of charge. Please contact us and provide your order number to request a cancellation; we will process your request immediately.
If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it; however, once you have received the item, you may request a return by following the return procedure outlined above.

All requests for refunds and exchanges must comply with the terms listed in this policy.
We reserve the right to refuse to process return or exchange requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria or fall outside the specified time limits.
