Currently, our shipping services are limited to destinations within the United States. Please carefully verify your shipping address before placing an order.
2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We partner with professional third-party courier services to ensure your pet toys are delivered safely and in a timely manner. All orders are shipped via mail services and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days after the order has been processed.
3. Shipping Rates
All orders qualify for free shipping, with no minimum purchase requirement.
4. Order Processing and Dispatch
Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Notifications: Once your order has shipped, we will immediately send a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided. This email will include your tracking number and details regarding the courier service provider, allowing you to track your delivery status in real-time.
5. Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update and become visible.
6. Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (GMT-05:00) will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

8. Undelivered Items
If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us via email at info@Petopiaa.store. We will investigate the matter in conjunction with our shipping department and logistics partners, and provide you with an update as soon as possible.

Although we strive to deliver all orders within the specified timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:

Industrial action
Transport disruptions
Customs or security delays
Periods of high seasonal demand

10. Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed, refused, or because an incorrect address was provided at checkout, additional shipping and handling fees may apply for re-delivery. Please note that packages may be temporarily held by the courier service for a period of time before being returned to us.
11. Lost Package Resolution Process
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with UPS.
The investigation may take several business days to complete. If the package is confirmed to be lost, we will offer one of the following two options:
A replacement item (subject to stock availability) or a full refund, in compliance with U.S. consumer laws.
12. Delivery Delays
In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible. Where applicable, you may have the right to cancel your order in accordance with U.S. consumer laws.
13. Changing the Delivery Address
If you need to modify the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be possible to change the address.
14. Incorrect Address
If your order is returned to us because the address you provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, you may be responsible for the additional shipping costs required to reship the order.
15. Order Changes
If you wish to modify your order, please contact us by phone within two hours of placing the order. Changes cannot be made after this two-hour window has elapsed.
